Founding members Paul C. Cuthbert (Vocals/Acoustic Guitars) and Luis Rios (Electric Guitars) have been performing together for over 18 years primarily in tribute and party bands for Rock Beach Music Company based on Long Island, New York. Both are hardened veterans of the New York music scene and headliners at some of the biggest venues in the tri-state area, including sold out shows at the Paramount in Huntington, New York.

In and around their busy touring commitments with their various projects at RBMCo. they have been writing and developing their own songs and music. These melodic rock songs come to life in "Roads to Oceans."
